Lena bigelow
Lena MaryAnne Bigelow was raised in Los Angeles and currently resides in Agoura Hills, California. She grew up with a passion for design and creates one of a kind, contemporary works of art with her ‘gestural abstraction’ style.
Her inspiration is often derived from nature, which she turns into something concrete that can be shared with others. Each piece is open to interpretation, and full of constant discovery, which creates a unique and personable connection between the painting and the viewer. Heavy layering is used to create texture and depth, while droplets and splatters of paint express energy and movement. Each piece is intended to spark emotion, and light up a room
Lena’s goal in life is to spread joy, and hopes her work will do the same.
Open to discussing commissions and currently has pieces in Arizona, California, Canada, Colorado, Oklahoma, Texas and Utah.
